Come help prepare rescued textiles and other materials for use in ReCraftLAB creations on Wednesday. Feb. 4, 1-3 and Thursday Feb. 5, 1-3pm at our studio, 2026 N. Hamilton Street ReCraftLAB is our circular materials program that provides sewing training and paid production opportunities for immigrant and refugee women. During the past two years of the program, we’ve trained 40 women and hired nine, paying out over $20,000 in income. Help us grow this program to reduce waste and provide jobs. no sewing expertise necessary, we'll just be cutting materials to size.
